Welcome to Apna Master (https://apnamaster.in). By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

1. Account Registration

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  • Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account.

2. For Teachers (Sellers)

  • Course Content: Teachers are solely responsible for the content they upload. Content must not violate any copyrights, trademarks, or local laws.
  • Google Classroom Integration: By using our Google Classroom sync features, you grant Apna Master the necessary permissions to interface with your Google account to import course materials as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • Revenue and Commission: Apna Master acts as a platform for your sales. We will deduct a platform fee of 10% from every course sale. Payouts will be processed every 30 days.
  • Quality Standard: We reserve the right to remove courses that are misleading, of poor quality, or violate our community guidelines.

3. For Students (Buyers)

  • License to Content: When you purchase a course, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided that less than 20% of the course has been consumed.
  • Prohibited Sharing: Sharing your account credentials or downloading/redistributing course materials without permission is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.

4. Marketplace Rules & Conduct

  • No Circumvention: Users may not use the platform to find a teacher/student and then complete the transaction outside of the Apna Master platform to avoid fees.
  • Respectful Interaction: Any form of harassment, hate speech, or spam in course forums or reviews will lead to immediate suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

The “Apna Master” name, logo, and website code are the exclusive property of Apna Master. Course materials uploaded by teachers remain the intellectual property of the respective teachers, licensed to us for hosting.

6. Limitation of Liability

Apna Master provides the platform “as is.” We are not responsible for any technical interruptions, inaccuracies in course content provided by teachers, or any loss of data. We do not guarantee employment or specific academic results from using our platform.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
